The Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) is appointed by the Michigan State University President, at the beginning of each calendar year. Appointments are made on an annual basis, with no restriction on reappointment. Recommendations for committee members are made by the deans of the indicated colleges in conjunction with the Office of Research and Graduate Studies.
